Refund policy

FINAL SALES: All sales are final, and items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund. 

All sales on digital content such as e-books are final sales and non-returnable. 

All orders are FINAL. It is imperative that customers read the descriptions and disclaimers for our products before purchasing to determine whether or not they want to complete the transaction for their order. Once an order has been completed, it will not be cancelled unless determined by Shelleanne Hardial Books Inc. as a fraud or suspicious activity.  

Damages and issues

Shelleanne Hardial Books Inc. is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost or stolen during courier transit to the customer. We ensure that all packages are in optimal condition, insured, and tracked when released into the service of the respective postal company for delivery to our customers. We mainly use the services of Chit Chat, Canada Post, and Jamaica Post.
