Shipping policy
Shipping costs will vary based on the weight of the product(s) and the delivery location.
Shelleanne Hardial Books Inc. only ships to Canada, the USA, and Jamaica.
It is imperative that customers read the descriptions and disclaimers for our products before purchasing to determine whether or not they want to complete the transaction for their order. Once an order has been completed, it will not be cancelled. All orders are FINAL.*
*Shelleanne Hardial Books Inc. reserves the right to cancel an order it deems as fraudulent or suspicious activity.
The processing time for orders is 24 - 48 hours (in addition to shipping time).* You may be asked to provide identification (such as a valid picture ID) to have your order processed, and fulfilled.
Processing time for author copy orders is 7 - 10 business days (in addition to shipping time).
We will notify you by email once your order has been shipped. Our estimated shipping times are:
- 10 - 15 business days depending on your location in Canada
- 10 - 12 business days for the USA and,
- 30 - 40 business days for Jamaica.
Please note: Shelleanne Hardial Books Inc. is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost or stolen during courier transit to the customer. We ensure that all packages are in optimal condition, insured, and tracked when released into the service of the respective postal company for delivery to our customers. Shelleanne Hardial Books Inc. mainly uses the services of Chit Chat, Canada Post, and Jamaica Post.
